Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, ValueI’ve been coming here for years and always liked the place. Yesterday I went and got a french pedicure. It didn’t come out perfect, but my nail professional asked if I was ok with it and I said yes, as I’m not one to complain. But then, another woman, perhaps the owner, came over and said she was going to have it redone, to look better. Julie, who was fantastic, came over and redid all of them (not just the couple that were imperfect) and did a fabulous job. They also had a great attitude about it; again, I never complained, but they have good quality control, saw that the work could be improved and made sure that happened. I’ve been coming here for years and always liked the place. Yesterday I went and got a french pedicure. It didn’t come out perfect, but my nail professional asked if I was ok with it and I said yes, as I’m not one to complain. But then, another woman, perhaps the owner, came over and said she was going to have it redone, to look better. At Super Nails I was charged over $55 for French Tip Acrylics that ended up lifting at the cuticle only a week later. The workers seemed like they were trying to charge me for things I didn’t want, for example, I asked for “long” nails at first (which are $5 extra) but then told her I wanted short instead. The woman wouldn’t cut them any shorter after I continued to ask her to. She literally kept cutting a thin slice every time I asked her to go shorter. EVEN AFTER I SHOWED HER MYSELF! I was charged for “Long “acrylics at the end. I am a regular here and I have never been this upset over their work.Its my own fault because I’ve been going here for 10 years and knew what to expect.
