Rushed through my haircut. I showed her the haircut I wanted 3 times throughout the entire time she was cutting my hair. I know it wont be exactly how It looked in the picture but when you ask for a low fade and she just shaves off the sides completely? Then that’s a problem. Very combative. The costumer knows what they want and the costumer is always right. Will not be going back.

I love a hard working woman and Leonor has a passion for what she does. Happy with my hair ! Thank you My hair is very unique its very hard to manage. Leonor made miracles she knows what she is doing. My whole family cuts their hair there. Im staying with her. Some people are just not happy and make bad comments against the salon I truly believe she is awesome.

I moved here a few years back, coming from a small town where you only have a few options for hair salons, its hard to decide where to even begin with hair salons in the city. of course the top listed ones are the big salons like jc pennys salon and tnt and you know the rest. I tried them all and every single one messed my hair up (and I’m not that picky) at TGF I wanted my hair frosted and a lot lighter, the girl added dark brownish red and my hair was darker than it was when I walked in and it looked horrible, at pennys I wanted to get a bob cut the girl straight cut my hair short it looked choppy and she didn’t even blow dry it, now for this place… im working a outage at a plant I don’t get off until 6:30 this is the only salon that would take me even with the busy holiday schedules, they close at 8 I didn’t leave until 9 because they took their time, listened to what I wanted, and not to mention I got high lights, cut, style, and a kerotine treatment for the same price I’ve been paying for JUST highlights at other salons, this is by far the best salon I have been to around here and I absolutely LOVEEEE my hair and so does everyone else.

Can you believe I ONLY wanted a haircut. The lady decided to straighten my hair after I told her NOT to. She decided to charge me additional cost, which is ridiculous, and that’s why I didn’t tip her at all. She’s a money thief. DON’T RECCOMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I love love love the way they cut my hair! Yes, I’ve felt them try to upsell me with products…. I actually bought a 20$ nor of some keratin stuff bc after bleaching and dying and bleaching and dying my hair it was soooo damaged and I was at my wits end. I had tried masks, biosilk, hot oil treatment- nothing worked. Holy fugde-nuggets… Stuff I bought there is amazing!!! Truly works. If u need it, u have a little extra $… Try it! I was super surprised. But as far as haircuts, the owner is an absolute pro!! I’ve been about 3x and doing drastic transformations- she’s A-1!!
