Critical: Professionalism, QualityI’ve gotten several haircuts at this place and not one of them has been the same as the other. There are several ladies there but the one who cuts my hair is very inconsistent and she doesn’t seem to understand directions. She does things without asking and even if she does ask it’s likely that she’ll screw it up anyway. She seems more concerned with gossiping with her coworkers than she is doing her job. I’ve gotten several haircuts at this place and not one of them has been the same as the other. There are several ladies there but the one who cuts my hair is very inconsistent and she doesn’t seem to understand directions. She does things without asking and even if she does ask it’s likely that she’ll screw it up anyway. She seems more concerned with gossiping with her coworkers than she is doing her job. This is THE WORST PLACE TO GET YOUR HAIR CUT DO NOT GO IN. I am a women VETERAN of this great country have been all over the world so I can truly say that this is the worst experience I have ever had. Mary cut my hair after showing her two pictures she still managed to make me look like I have a crew cut. If you do not know how to cut hair properly then dont just stop. I will be telling everyone I know in the Burk community Wichita Falls community as well as my fellow service men and women to stay the hell away from this establishment. My word of mouth hopefully will keep others out of your chair!!!

Took my kids 3 or 4 times. Cuts are rushed and I often found missed spots, uneven areas, and sloppy work. Really wanted to like this place, but for the quality for cost I won’t ever go again.
