Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueTrinh Nguyen “Tim” is excellent and careful in his work. He is not chatty, but is cordial and polite. This place is not fancy – the services are basic and they specialize in gel nails as the name indicates but they do regular mani/pedis as well. They have a TV on the wall and tell you to “pick a color” when you walk in – standard nail shop. It’s not a luxury spa but it has never come across as unsanitary to me. It’s a quiet place usually – no a-holes talking on their cell-phones most of the time. Tim and Linda usually keep the idle chit-chat between themselves to a minimum. The prices are cheap – but not ghetto cheap. They really focus on the nails here, which can take time with all the curing under the UV light that is required with gels. The only surprise I had was that they spend relatively little, if any, time on massages and calluses (maybe 1-2 min on each.) Whatever. I rarely have time for all that anyway. But I think they could add “options” like 5-10 min massage, paraffin wax treatments, callus removal treatment (at additional cost, of course, for their time) to their manicures and pedicures for those who want a more luxurious and complete experience. I highly recommend “Tim,” who does very neat, gentle work, and is kind, quiet, and accommodating. This is a professional service. Please don’t come in and demean these hardworking folks by treating them like “the help,” which, unfortunately, I have witnessed upon many occasions.
