Critical: Professionalism, QualityI took My 9 year old here to get her first haircut. We went with a tablet showing clear images of what she wanted. It was very important to get it right as I was disappointed that she wanted to cut her long beautiful hair off. Long thick waves that went past her butt. It was obvious that The stylist was not listening to our wants and just basically cut it the way she wanted. I interrupted her by showing the photo again reminding her of my daughters wants. She pretended to be listening to me than proceeded to cut it shorter and made it worse. My daughter was devastated and in tears, I felt so helpless as there was no amount of comforting that i could provide to ease the damage that had just been done. Critical: Professionalism, ValueMy haircut was fine but the lady cutting my hair kept bothering me and my mother until we bought products we didnt want or need, happened more than once, we dont want to spend 60 dollars when we go in for a haircut, we wont be going here ever again. The woman cutting my hair was also quite rude, insulting my colored hair.Service: Haircut

The lady cutting her hair was extremely rude and refused to talk to the client. I am appalled by her unprofessional behavior. It took my staff speaking up very loudly that the client could speak and understand her before she turned her behavior somewhat around. I work with individuals with disabilities, my client wanted to go for a haircut and chose this place. The lady cutting her hair was extremely rude and refused to talk to the client.
