3rd time going and will NOT return. Price was higher than other times, paid for brighter and more highlights and can not tell I got highlights. It took 5 hours which is way too long. To top it off, when washing, back of shirt got WET not damp WET. Had to go home and change to get to doctor appointment. However the salon is clean and super nice staff but service must be better. Not satisfied with my hair at all.
