I have been a loyal customer of Sunwerks since it opened in 2007. In most cases, I have always experienced the best service. I especially liked the way Logan and others on her staff recognized and greeted me. Over the past three weeks, the level of service I have experienced at Sunwerks is unacceptable. I miss seeing Logan and her competent, customer oriented staff. No greeting, too long of wait times when there are no customers in the salon, and changing how they enforce rules with no warning, are not acceptable to me. I asked for the owner to call me so that I could discuss my concerns and never received a call back. Such a disappointment because I did enjoy my previous 8 years there. I will not be back. Too many other choices for my dollar where good service is appreciated.

I love the tanning beds! The versa spa spray tan is the absolute best spray tan around (I always get the clear solution). The collagen therapy is awesome and the body wrap is so relaxing! Both the Hudson and Minneapolis locations are great! Clean and relaxing environment and friendly/helpful staff!

This place has a relaxing and clean environment! I am always greeted when I walk in and they treat me like I’m a friend! The beds are high quality. I cannot get the same kind of tan anywhere else. I dont know how they have any poor reviews because they always put their customers first! They care about your experience and your skin! They know exactly what products are best and which beds will work for you! Love this place!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. WORST customer service! I bought a Groupon and the staff entered it wrong. Whenever I went back for a 2nd visit I was told all the information I had be given on my first visit was wrong. They would not honor the Groupon, would not refund my money, would not provide the service I bought. Customer service person replied “Yeah we hired a bunch of new people and they did it wrong. You have to talk to Groupon. Do you want me to leave a message for my manager?” I told her I would be posting this review and she said “Oh well. The new people didn’t do their job” Oh well!? Can’t believe I drove across the border for this! Waste of time! Waste of money!

I used to go to the chiropracter three times a week for my lower back pain. Since I started having wraps at SunWerks, I no longer have to go to the chiropracter and have had no lower back pain. The wraps are great and so is the service everyone there provides.
