Oh my goodness I cannot say enough good things about this salon! Not only is it a reasonable price and high quality tanning beds, but Kathy (the owner) herself is PHENOMENAL!!! She is so kind and very passionate about helping ever client achieve their perfect tan goal. I told her I need to be a certain color for a big event I have in 10 days and she has already helped me so much. There are 2 lay down beds and one standing. I also love how close it is to my house (it absolutely beats having to drive over 15 minutes away). Her packages are priced fairly and it is very clear how long you have to use them. There is nothing hidden or misleading. I love it there, and will continue going from here on out!

The first thing on your website is, “Putting you first” I dont think so… I still had 22 tanning sessions left in my package from the previous owners. I called to check in October to see if the number of visits was still 22 before going in to tan. I was told by the new owner that she had given everyone 90 days to use up their sessions purchased from the previous owner. I asked her if she emailed me, texted me, or tried to call me to inform me of this and she said, “Honey, I didn’t have to”. I was like, really, how was I supposed to know if you didn’t reach out to me then? Then she said, “Honey, do you have a lawyer, I do. Call your lawyer”. Well that is not a good way to do business in a small town, or anywhere. I personally don’t usually tan when its warm outside between April and October. I would not know that there was a 90 day cut off unless someone communicated that via phone or something. I would have used them up if I had to. Not a good way to treat customers but it worked out okay because I bought a package in Grand Junction with better beds that take less time to get the same results and no burned out bulbs, and all the functions work on their beds and it is very clean in their tanning salon!! Just wanted to post my experience to prevent others from having to go through this. I don’t normally post bad reviews, this is my first.
