Not only did she call me back, she quickly explained issues & scheduled my appointment with apologies. Paige was professional, kind and so willing to fix the issue for me. Every single employee I’ve dealt with so far has been nothing but wonderful, but the last two times I visited this location the girl working has been rude. She threatened to make me pay if the standup bed I used gets damaged because of the oils in my lotion (which I bought at the tanning salon I previously worked at…and I know that it is safe for indoor tanning beds). I don’t know why she felt the need to say that especially because I only use a stand up bed so I never even touch the acrylic. Then when I tried to explain to her that it was bed safe she just picked up her phone and walked away. So disappointed, I don’t pay $50 a month for your attitude.

I went to SunsUp because I’m on a fixed income and SunsUp offered the best tanning prices in Wilsonville. I have SAD (seasonal affective disorder), fibromyalgia, eczema and some autoimmune diseases. I find tanning alleviates symptoms associated with all these issues. Jahcey was wonderful and helped me pick out a cost effective monthly membership. I also did Red Light Therapy for the first time. It was amazing. I really walked out of SunsUp feeling like a whole new person.
