I’m newer to the salon so I showed up by Google hours which need to be updated. They were closed until 10 AM so I waited. At 10:20 someone finally pulls in to tell me that I have to wait now until 11 AM. It’s just not a very good start to my new membership. Tanning

I went to visit my girl Julia to get a full set of lash extensions (have known her for a couple years now and she does AWESOME) and it was my first time hearing about and visiting sunsplash! I ended up getting an unplanned spray tan for an awesome price & I LOVE the norvel sprayer!!!! Gives you beautiful color, and scans your body beforehand for a personalized spray experience. The salon is so clean, smells good, and has awesome customer service. Nicole is so sweet and full of tanning knowledge! 10/10 recommend!

New owner is a SUPER SWEET lady. I always feel like family. Beds are immaculate and she will always accommodate which bed you may prefer over others… you aren’t treated like a number or a subscription which is more than I can say for other chain tanning salons in the area.

I’ve been coming here for a few years now and since the new owners came in I’ve noticed a much nicer tanning salon. It’s bright and airy and really has that ‘beachy’ feel. Pleasant staff too!

I’ve been coming to sunsplash for many years and even worked here as a kid. The new owners have updated the interior which is really nice to see. What I don’t care for is how a lot of the old tanning beds are starting to go and they are constantly pushing their orbit bed (the ONLY HIGH LEVEL BED THERE) to get customers to buy the high-level package. That would be fine if there wasn’t always a 20 plus minute wait every time I go to use the bed for the package I bought. There’s about 20 other rooms there with all the standard beds. And I get put into a standard bed because of the wait being so long, which is annoying when you pay more for a higher package. Suggestion: invest in your company and get better beds because you’re going to lose a lot of older customers.
