Always a very pleasant experience! Sunshine has cut my hair several times now, and I have not been disappointed whatsoever. Sunshine, thank you for being our sunshine on a rainy wedding day! I came in for an updo for a wedding along with the bride and another friend. We all loved our updos. They all held together through an outdoor wedding on a rainy day. That’s pretty impressive! Amazing job both Sunshine and Amanda! I have had many updos done in the past, and I have to say, this one was the best by far! I am so glad we found this shop for the destination wedding. Could not have asked for more!

She completely messed up my friend’s perm then was completely unprofessional when asked to fix it or give a refund of only half!! She clearly stated she knew how to do a style she obviously had no clue how to do then stopped replying to messages when she saw how much she messed it up. She should go back to school for hair & maybe take a class on customer service.

IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE IT NO STARS AT ALL BECAUSE IT WAS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, went here the other day after talking to Sunshine about getting a perm, below is screenshots of our conversation and pictures of exactly what she said, she had told me she could do the same curls as the picture I sent and I asked her specifically if she had the bigger rollers etc for the style of curl I wanted to which she said yes, but when I got there she didn’t use big curlers (but I tried to trust the process) she said organic perms do not fry or dry out your hair, but it sure did(I do NOT use heat on my hair at all, no hair dryer or curling iron etc and only straighten once a month if that) and not to mention when I tried to talk to her about it, send pictures because my hair absolutely looked terrible, and go by there to show her she was absolutely rude, but I didn’t want her costumer she had in there to hear what was going on because I was trying to be nice, I had really wanted it to work out but it’s like she changed drastically (I thought she was a very kind person when I first talked to her and I really liked her) She kept ignoring me even though she herself said it looked bad, and when I asked if we could work something out (since I paid her $100 and even tipped her) she opened all my messeges and never replied, I could understand her not giving me any of my money back had she been respectful and/or helpful in any type of way, I’ll make sure I never go to her again, and anytime anyone asks who should they avoid going to she’ll be on the top of the list. If you own a business you should definently want to work with people who spend their money at your business. To be honest whenever she just opened my messeges and ignored me that’s the BIGGEST issue I have along with being rude to me when I went by there, I’m having someone else fix my hair and even they said they can’t believe how she didn’t even care enough about her customers enough to reply to someone that paid her, tipped her etc. she’s had over a week or two to reply and she still has flat out ignored me, it also speaks loudly that she didn’t even stand by her business enough to care if I wrote a bad review or not.
