Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThey’re very rude. I asked for ORANGE marble nails & included a picture he stillAsked me to pick my colors,I did. He still picked the wrong colors. He painted my nails red I told him it was the wrong color. He told me it was orange when it was in fact bright red. I showed him he picked the wrong color he didn’t apologize then he picked the wrong color again. He didn’t remove the red nail polish he painted right over it. My nails were $28 he charged me $30. Critical: Professionalism, QualityWent here to support local business for over a year and it’s convenient. However, on multiple occasions I had to change nail design because lack of skill. Several times upon “completion” I would have to request for polish to be removed from the sides of my nails and the tip of my fingers! The man there is usually rude, maybe not realizing that the customers keep the lights on and the doors open. I never went to him anyhow but the younger lady who in my opinion was the best nail tech and always sweet to my daughters and I. My last experience there will be my last experience there after I realized the tech I prefer is no longer there and the lack of skill and professionalism from the other two isn’t worth wasting my money or time! Went here to support local business for over a year and it’s convenient. However, on multiple occasions I had to change nail design because lack of skill. Several times upon “completion” I would have to request for polish to be removed from the sides of my nails and the tip of my fingers! The man there is usually rude, maybe not realizing that the customers keep the lights on and the doors open. This was my first time here. I needed a quick manicure for Mother’s Day. The man at the counter was extremely rude. The lady who did my nails was super sweet, but she literally did the manicure and gel polish in less than 20 minutes. It hasn’t even been an hour since I left the place and my $27 gel manicure is peeling. Don’t go here. I won’t be going back.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI got a gel manicure here by Ann and she was awesome! She took her time and was very patient. I also felt safe here. They have plexiglass up, require masks to be worn properly, and want you to wash your hands for 20 seconds before picking your nail polish. I felt very comfortable here. Friendly and professional.
