I’ve been going to Sokonthy for my haircuts for a couple years now and decided to follow her to her very own location. I usually ask for the “Dean Winchester” and she nails it every time. I moved to the East bay almost 4 years ago and was in need of a new hairstylist. I found Sokonthy through Yelp when she was working at another salon. I didn’t know what to expect after my initial visit with her but I was truly so impressed with how she did my hair. She took the time to get the layers in evenly and I loved the way she styled it afterwards. It was then than I knew she would be my new hairstylist. She is kind, sweet and lovely to chat with, super down-to-earth and most importantly she does my hair so well. Each time I see her it seems she has a new hairstyle and I love seeing all the variations because it gives me ideas of how I may want to do my own hair. I was so impressed and happy to learn that she opened her own salon. I enjoy the ambiance of her salon and would highly recommend her.
