Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI haven’t gone to this salon since Tai was there. I entered and wasn’t greeted. The guy that did my nails looked like he didn’t even want to do them which made me feel very uncomfortable and I had to keep telling him to fix them – he laughed at the length that I wanted and it made me feel really bad. Him and his coworker just kept looking back at my nails and laughing. Now I’m going look for another nail salon to fix these. I haven’t gone to this salon since Tai was there. I entered and wasn’t greeted. The guy that did my nails looked like he didn’t even want to do them which made me feel very uncomfortable and I had to keep telling him to fix them – he laughed at the length that I wanted and it made me feel really bad. I’m impressed way more new ownership.. Under the previous ownership this building was dark, gloomy and the chairs sucked and the service was pressure and nonchalant. My experience this time was really really good. I would definitely recommend going to nail spa. The massages can be a little better after the nail service. But, for the most part the service is the nails. And they did a great job with my nails. By the way, While you do your laundry or waiting on your food from the African cuisine go stop in and get your nails done. Very impressed

They do not communicate with you about prices until you ask or they will over charge you. There overpriced and will lie to you about the prices. One lady had an attitude and was really rude. They always talk about the customers rudely in there language and laughing which I find to be very Immature and disrespectful. The same customers who give these people our time and money just to be laugh at for no reason. I’ll rather spend my money where there’s better service, nice people, and better pricing.
