The owner is very accommodating. I went in about an hour prior to close and she had people waiting. She offered to do my nails another day but could tell I wanted them done that evening. She stayed late so I could have pretty nails for an upcoming trip. I appreciate her willingness to stay late. I wont take advantage of her kindness. I needed a pedicure two weeks later and got there early in the day.

One of the most unsanitary businesses I have ever been in .when she was doing my toes and cleaning under the nails she wiped what was coming out of the on my foot instead of the towel. Never sanitized the tools when she was done. Put them in the dirty water my feet were in and just wiped them off and put it away. Never will go back there

Terrible job very very sloppy. As soon as you enter the door they are breathing down your neck rushing you. Didn’t even give us a moment to check what color we wanted. On top of being distracted the entire time and shaping them terribly the whole nails was not even covered. Had to have a second lady fix my nails and even then they still looked sloppy from the first time. The First Lady was talking and looking around and didn’t notice she was hurting me filing so deep into my nail I just held it together. On top of what why not even cover the whole nail it’s looks like both of our nails are a week old and some nails were crooked. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE JOB. I didn’t think anyone could do such a bad job. Baby shower nails are so ruined and I will never be coming back.

I’ve been here twice already and I must say that this is a damn good nail salon. I’ve gotten gel, a full, and a pedicure and all 3 services were done well. Chuck did my nails both times and he always does an excellent job. I highly recommend them!

Sooo slow. We spent 4 hours to get out toes and nails done. The lady did my toes. Pretty sloppy then while I went to get my nails done she started on my cousins. She decided to stop doing her toes and disappeared to watch videos on her phone. My cousin sat waiting for a hour while I got my nails done. Then he started on her toes then told her she had to pick a different color rushing her to do so. So she ended up picking a color she didn’t want. It was just overall a slow and painful experience, neither of us are thrilled with our nails. I honestly just wanted to give my tip to one one lady in there who knew what she was doing and she didn’t even touch our nails!

Twice the owner put her cell phone on speaker, while her and coworker laughed andtalked on the phone. She did half my nails and went and worked on another girl, than started on another pedicure. I had to tell her to finish because I was there for a hour. If you call in advance toe make an appointment they finish everyone before you, and then get to you. I’ve been going there for 20 years. The old management was great. Forget this place!!!! Today ends a 20 year tradition! Can someone please recommend a better place! Twice the owner put her cell phone on speaker, while her and coworker laughed andtalked on the phone. She did half my nails and went and worked on another girl, than started on another pedicure. Nails were great so was the waxing, the eyelash girl did an awful job and my pretty natural looking and feeling eyelash extensions ended up ruined with cheap nasty eyelash extension, I look awful. They are heavy and uncomfortable, look super fake and she glued my eyes shut multiple times and left my bottom lashes glued to my skin. I was told she was the owner. I’d come back for the nail girl but not the eyelash girl/owner.

Critical: QualityMy daughter and I went to get our nails done and neither of us were happy. My daughter’s nails looked awful. I always get gel nails at my regular salon but they talked me into getting the dip…they look so unnatural and the nail art is bad… just wanted a snowflake and I’m not sure what she painted on. She cut my finger and told me that my nails look so thick because they are short…I explained that I always keep my nails short and they have never been this thick. She said it was because there were so many layers of white. The white was supposed to be glittered…you can barely see the glitter. My daughter asked for a very pale green with darker twirls…she got diarrhea green and chunky sparkle on her ring finger. The girl that did my daughter’s nails spent more time on her phone than paying attention to doing her nails.
