Cannot say enough good things about this place! Friendly staff, clean, great hours, parking is available, AND, they do a great job. I always get compliments on my nails and people asking where I go. Lilian is so kind and thorough, always. I even had a special request from a photo, and she matched it perfectly. These ladies work SO hard and are a neighborhood gem!

I hate to write this negative review since the woman working was very kind, it was just poor quality nail polish or a sub-optimal job doing my nails. Overall, I’d say your best bet is going elsewhere.

I am delighted to recommend Lillian and her team at Sunshine Nail & Wax. I have been back several times now for both a manicure and pedicure. Their shop and equipment and immaculate, aesthetic, peaceful and even has a little glimpse of the bay. The four big comfortable manicure pedicure chairs have numerous optional massage options. The pedicure includes a hot rock massage and manicure a hand and arm massage with a warm wet towel finish. I have seen both men and women there. I chose the gel nail polish for my fingernails and have been amazed at how long the polish has lasted — almost a month with no chipping still looking great even with the new nail growth. They are the best of all the manicures and pedicures I have had over the years.

The ladies at Sunshine Nail know how to put a person back together again. They are all fabulous, efficient and no judgment when you walk in and haven’t had time to be a regular, and are just looking for a little pampering in between a multitask sprint. They whip you back in shape all the same, and best yet, in no time at all– much appreciated ladies!

I’ve been here three times and I’ve left upset twice. Both times I got a mani and pedi and both times I bled getting the mani done and was cringing in pain during it. I just got a gel manicure and I can’t look at my hands without getting upset. My fingers hurt and my nails looks bad (some of them are not fully painted and I pointed it out without her fixing them.) It’s a crap shoot depending on who you get. Another women went behind the first woman fixing my toes. I’m actually considering going back to have them remove it.
