In 2020 we used them for my wedding and they rushed my wedding party out in an hour. I couldn’t even get a pedicure because they were rushing everyone so bad. Fast forward to my sister in laws wedding, they kept moving us from person to person and they didn’t give us what we wanted. I usually go somewhere else but for the wedding party the bride decided to go there, they charged me $60 for dip and a small flower on each nail. They were SO rude and didn’t talk to any of us the entire time. When I didn’t tip, my girl came through talking about me and letting her friend know that I didn’t tip and when I went to leave the friend made a point to come up to me and look at my nails. Terrible place to go. Very unfriendly and ready to go home at the end of the day. If you are going with a party, don’t book for the end of the day or you’ll be rushed out. (Not to mention all of my designs fell off 3 days later)

I will not use this business again. My granddaughter & used this salon several times. The last time, with an appointment for both of us, many walk ins were catered to & I got left behind. I apologized to my granddaughter that she was going to have to wait on me since they were getting so busy. Quickly, in their own language, several comments were made back & forth & I was moved to the front end of the row. This nail tec, I assume, was the one who removed acrylic nails & prepped for new ones. I told her I had not done that before. She proceeded to painfully flip my nails off, even when I winced & flinched. Then clipped my natural nails quickly & jaggedly. My nails hurt for 3 days after. It was obvious to me she was mad at me & getting even. The next lady that came to her when I moved down told her she could remove her nails in this manner but she tenderly wrapped hers to allow to soak off. This woman was a disgrace to her profession.

Unfortunately, after over 15 years of business here, I have to change my 5 star review. This salon isn’t what is used to be and hasn’t progressed with the times in term of nail styling. They only offer round or square nails, my tech didn’t ask about length and butchered my nails down to the skin. I asked for gel polish, they did a dip. I asked for a basic ombre in two shades of the same color, was told they only do single colors. Overall, so disappointing and I’m on the hunt for a new salon.

Had an appointment for a party of 3 pedicures. Took them 10 minutes past our appointment time to get to us. My two friends were started on 1 immediately and the other one shortly after. They took 45 minutes past the appointment time to finally start on me. Apparently you don’t have to make an appointment here because they like to take walk ins before they do with people with appointments.
