I’ve been going to this salon for a few years but, I stopped going a while ago due to the customer service. Leon was the only nail tech that I received service from ( the other guy isn’t too good) & he was always great with my manicures but, the last time I got my manicure he seemed irritated & a bit rude, my nails did come out nice though. Also my mother recently went to get her lashes & she mentioned how rude the other guy working there was to her, he kept delaying her service & made her feel unwelcomed as a customer, we both will no longer be coming to this salon. There is definitely some weird energy & favoritism that we don’t appreciate as paying customers.

Waa going to Sunshine before Covid and stopped due to covid. Have been going back for about a year and will not go elsewhere. Great prices, great work, friendly and welcoming. Terrible. Rushed me through my whole pedicure and stopped to do 3 eyebrow waxes while she was giving me the pedicure. She then cut my cuticle and made if bleed. What made me cringe more was that the instruments didn’t seem to come out of autoclave and she used the “community” dremel tool to file over my bleeding cuticle. Yes folks the dremel tool might have my blood on it. Didn’t even say sorry! Then almost shredded by ankles off with exfoliating scrubber. Oh and I am pretty sure they use latex gloves, fair warning for anyone allergic. The massage for my “Spa” pedicure was like 2 minutes long. Totally more worth the $55. Overpriced waste of my time and money.

Salon was dusty and dirty. They prefer cash- you can use card but they charge 4%. There is an atm in salon but I didn’t use it. They are quick with their services. My toes looked nice but it was a very quick service.
