This review is based on a specific artists work. I followed my nail artist Alina here when she moved locations. She always does an amazing job and genuinely cares for her clients and her time management is great. Just show her a pic and she can recreate almost anything and if she can’t she will definitely let you know. She’s done my nails for all important times in my life wedding, baby shower, birthdays etc… I trust her 100% I will always give her 5+ stars!

I’ve been here before. Everytime it seemed like they rush and don’t ever take their time. It’s suppose to be a relaxing time, and it’s NOT! This time I got dip powder and it was fine, until she cut my cuticle too much. And I started to bleed. I left it alone because I didn’t want to make a big fuss! Well then it was time for my pedicure, he doesn’t speak one word of English. I don’t even think he is license, I tell him please be easy on this toe it hurts. Next thing I know he cuts my skin open deep. Then another lady comes over with spray and tries to spray my foot with something. That’s when I lost it. I’m upset now, and my daughter is crying because she doesn’t know what is happening. I paid my bill and left. I would never never never go here ever again!

I’ve been working at this location for a while now and there are several concerns that I have to inform you guys about. Starting with their cleanliness there has been multiple occasions were they’re using the same tools on customers without going through full disinfectant protocols. Also when using cards they are over charging you to pay with this method New York state service charges is only 4% and they are charging customers over 8 % which is making this illegal. Every time you ask for a design they are adjusting prices or charging more. Half of the staff isn’t even legally licensed to work in a work setting like that. They don’t know how to treat their employees or customers. My work ethic is always top notch and I refuse to remain where I am and will not tolerate or let anything be untold.

They do great work. However the new employees are very rude and aggressive. When you make an appointment with this salon they never take you on time it’s always an hour or more later. They argue with customers and give false promises of who next knowing they had they appointments waiting. Everyone who work here doesn’t do great nails however may is one I recommend. She take her time and communicated with you to make sure your satisfied after she is done. She is a great artist as well.
