Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI absolutely love having my nails done at Sunshine Nails and Beauty!! Owners Cocoa, Craig and their beautiful daughter Angelica have been doing my nails since they opened approximately 3 years ago. The shop is very clean and cozy and they go above and beyond making sure all precautions are in place due to the pandemic. My nails always look amazing and recently Cocoa did a wonderful job microblading my eyebrows. They look fantastic!I have never had a bad experience at this beautiful little shop, however, I have experienced some very rude customers who had appointments to have their nails done. One customer arrived early for her appointment and kept bullying Cocoa to work faster on my nails so the customer could get her nails done quickly and get to another appointment. Very rude!!! But Cocoa was very professional, remained calm and did not rush my appointment which made the customer very angry and voiced her opinion!.Some customers make appointments and don’t show up or call to cancel which is money out of Craig, Cocoa and Angelica’s pocket that they work so hard for. Sometimes it’s the customer who won’t admit that they were wrong and instead blame others for their mistakes.Cocoa, Craig and Angelica are always courteous, kind and really listen and care about you. Craig has always been very professional and a true gentleman by phone and in person. I absolutely love having my nails done at Sunshine Nails and Beauty!! Owners Cocoa, Craig and their beautiful daughter Angelica have been doing my nails since they opened approximately 3 years ago. The shop is very clean and cozy and they go above and beyond making sure all precautions are in place due to the pandemic. Critical: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueThere is nail glue and polish all over my fingers, as well as bruises underneath the nail due to them drilling on my actual nail. I had to repeatedly ask them to fix something and they did not add enough acrylic. I am very dissatisfied with how they came out as they look nothing like the picture I had showed them. They repeatedly told me they were able to do what I was asking and my nails turned out nothing like what I expected.
