Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismWas told to go in at a 1pm appointment and when I arrived the lady said the therapist wasn’t there yet and to try back in 30 minutes. When we went back in at that time she said she still was not there. Then she asked us if I needed to be seen today, and replied yes so she said call back in an hour. Was told to go in at a 1pm appointment and when I arrived the lady said the therapist wasn’t there yet and to try back in 30 minutes. When we went back in at that time she said she still was not there. Then she asked us if I needed to be seen today, and replied yes so she said call back in an hour.
