Not only is everyone super sweet, but they are quick, even though they were busy, I didn’t have to wait. I was blown away how quickly I was sat down. On my lunch break I got a color change and a trim. She did a beautiful job and gave me exactly what I wanted. Will be keeping them as “my salon”. !!!Under NEW Management by Ashley!!!The atmosphere is amazing. Not only is everyone super sweet, but they are quick, even though they were busy, I didn’t have to wait. I was blown away how quickly I was sat down. On my lunch break I got a color change and a trim. She did a beautiful job and gave me exactly what I wanted. Will be keeping them as “my salon”. Critical: Professionalism, ValueThe first time I went in, I was asked what I had on my nails. I said, Dip”. The manager insisted it was not dip! She refused to listen, and told the technician it was NOT dip. They never soaked off the old product. Only ground it down and filled it. Today I went in for a manicure. This technician soaked and ground off the old product and there was fungus on one of my nails. She advised me to leave them alone for a couple of weeks to allow the bad area to grow out, and then come back for a manicure.I confronted the manager about her Insistence that I didn’t have dip powder on my nails, which led to this situation. She denied any fault, saying that the technician should have known what product it was— after she had told her that it wasn’t dip. It’s ridiculous that she passed the blame on to an employee. She also tried to blame it on the person who had been doing my nails before I moved here.I’m sorry that I paid $22 for today’s service, but I didn’t want the technician to be penalized. The first time I went in, I was asked what I had on my nails. I said, Dip”. The manager insisted it was not dip! She refused to listen, and told the technician it was NOT dip. They never soaked off the old product. Only ground it down and filled it. Today I went in for a manicure.
