They have no respect for their customers and talk badly about them in their language. They didn’t think I understood them, but I heard them refer to my siblings as “dirty” and “dreadheads.” They fight over people who have “easier” hair to braid and straighten. I used to come here often but I will no longer be attending this salon. I strongly recommend you don’t go either if you’d like to receive the upmost respect for yourself and your hair.

I had my hair done here and my hair has never been this healthy in my entire life. The entire stylist team was incredibly kind and welcoming. First time customer. Very long wait times, I was left in the hair dryer so long, I had to eventually get out myself before it burnt my hair. Also, they go over your hair too many times with the flat iron, leaving your hair dry and frizzy instead of silky. Their braiding looks good but I wouldn’t go for straightening.

Honestly the wait time is too long. I arrived around 12 and didn’t leave until 8. I got my hair washed and rolled around 3, but didn’t get my hair straightened until 7. That’s not cool. They were really rough with the rollers and I went home with bruises. I also received a burn mark on top of my forehead cuz the lady who was straightening my hair burned me. I’m never going back

I’ve been a customer of this solan close to 10yrs but the old owner. I went there to color my hair view months ago for my honeymoon but they messed up my hair. I asked for a A specific color but what I got was over bleached hair and nothing close to what I was expecting. And it was the owner who did it to make matters worse. If the owner of the place is that bad I don’t know what to except from the others. Anyways instead of try to at least fixing my hair she made it look like that’s what I asked for. I wish I could share what I asked compare to what I got.
