I do not recommend this place, the workers are greedy and rude. On one occasion Me and my partner went in for a massage and when we were finished they had us write how much we wanted to tip and then they charged us an extra $10 after they ran our card. We wrote it out and made sure they understood what we were trying to tip. I decided to give this place another chance and me and my partner got another massage, at the end of the massage We said we would tip $10 the guy argued with us about tipping more. When we declined he threw my partner’s card at him along with the shop calculator. I always tip but I don’t think anyone should be forced to tip more.

I really like the massages I receive here, however, OWNER needs to teach employees how tipping works in the U.S. Tipping is NOT a given or mandatory. Customers give what they feel is appropriate for the service received! It is a turn off and you will loose business by employees demaning tips!! May help to teach your employees etiquette as well, stop talking to each while massaging, that’s not relaxing customers.

No! I don’t recommend this place! I was shocked and disappointed that they forcing you to leave a tip of 20% for the employee! And i had no idea how the heck they will able to communicate to the costumer if the employee doesn’t speak english?!

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityThese people were very unprofessional and rude. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted, they tried up-selling me for 5 whole minutes. I kept telling them I did not want the massage that included also doing my head and arms, only my feet because I had a sunburn and they kept trying to force me. Finally they backed down after my persistent rejection. When my foot massage was over I paid with my card. The woman checking me out asked how much did I want to tip. When I told her how much she laughed in my face. The massage was terrible, the guy was rough and at one point about halfway through he got up and went somewhere else for 10 minutes. I shouldn’t have tipped at all, but to be laughed at after was so rude. I will never go here again. My two friends who recommended this place also said they won’t be returning after they heard how I was treated. These people are unskilled, rude and unprofessional. Me and my partner came for a couples massage and it was a BAD experience. The two men who gave us a massage were extremely heavy handed to the point where we almost asked them to completely stop the massage. It was no where near relaxing as the two therapists were so rough. They whispered and laughed to each other often during our message as well. When we left we were so sore and felt worse than when we came in. The next morning was even worse! It felt as if our entire spines were bruised. I’ve had much better massages that leave my body feeling better and I was able to relax. Save your money and body pain and go elsewhere.

Honestly, the massage was terrible. The ambiance in the private massage room was poor (found myself actually wondering when it was going to end). The massage therapist was very heavy handed and rough. I usually like nice, firm pressure but this was WAY too much. I thought that I would have actually had a bruised body from the massage.

Omg this place is amazing. I didn’t catch the name of the guy who worked on me but he was great. Had the right amount of pressure and more. It’ll be even more great if I go into labor later tonight. But we shall see. And yes I’m overdue. Just want to not be induced so came here with some hope that a foot massage would help entice/coax my little guys to come out before my induction date.
