My friend went there on Friday night to get a massage. After the massage, he was about to give her a $5 tip and she demanded that he give her a bigger tip. She told my friend that he was a big cheapskate. He felt uncomfortable with her bad attitude and horrible demeanor. He was about to give her a $10 tip and she snatched the money from his hand. She kept the $15 and walked away. She is a very rude and disrespectful person. I don’t recommend this place to anybody. Horrible service and the employees are bad people.

Went here for the first time on a whim and took my elderly parents as it was close. Pro about this place is that I was able to get a reservation for 3 people with an hour notice and a 60 minute massage was $60 per person. The place is a typical Chinese run massage with no frills and you can hear other conversations in the place, so take headphones if needed. Their massage was par of what is expected. If you request deep tissue they will walk on your back and lighter massages they use hot stones. Cons are that they weren’t very good for deep tissue, but Swedish was acceptable. The part that bothered me was at the end they were haggling for more tip. I initially tipped $15 per person, but they were demanding $20 and was pushy about it. I paid it as the difference was not worth arguing over, but it left a bad taste and I will not be returning. Shame as I was looking for a regular place for my parents.

Great every single time! Rockville/Gaithersburg has a lot of low-quality massage places this is NOT one of them. This has been my goto place for years, a little hidden gem away from the others, where every single person offers a quality message that will bring you back week after week. If you are hunting for a place where you can get a high-quality massage, where the therapists know the body, and everyone listens to your needs, Sunshine is the place to go. Very good place. Been going for 3 years. Maggie my new fave! The owner is ever present and runs a tight ship. There are plenty of places in Gaithersburg but not as solid and affordable as this place. Plenty of candy and water when session done and volume discounts apply.

Very bad customer service. The sign only tells you about the cost of the massage but not their hidden fee until it’s time to pay. I let them know it was my first time and they have no sign posted. The ladies were so rude that I will not return. Next time, I will wait and go to Meridian Wellness in Gaithersburg.
