Shannon has given me the best massages in my life, by far. She is extremely passionate and knowledgeable about her field and what each muscle needs in order to heal. The massage is very relaxing, but it’s also very therapeutic. Shannon is also really good about recommending stretches, and other habits for you to do on your own time to compliment her work, because she genuinely cares. Shannon helped me so much with my back and shoulder pain from being in a hair stylist’s position all day, and she always made me feel better about myself. I unfortunately moved away and I have yet to find anyone even close to as competent and caring as Shannon.
