Made an appointment for Keri to do a spray tan before I went away on vacation. I get a call last minute advising Keri is away in vacation. I made my appointment over a week ago and to receive a cancellation call the day before I go away is not good business. How do you not know you will be away while making your appointments? I also received a request thismorning verifying confirmation. I normally do not leave reviews but this is not the way to do business by leaving clients hanging last minute.

I visited this tanning salon during COVID. First I was immediately impressed with the lower more affordable prices I guess due to COVID. Second I took notice to how clean the salon was and their sanitary and disinfectant precautions. I was able to feel safe and at ease to use a tanning bed. I decided to use the lay down tanning bed. I was informed that the beds had all new bulbs, and I definitely felt the difference. My tan had felt strong and I saw the color as soon as I was done. I also saw that the rooms are supplied with disinfectant spray, not to mention the employees are eager to do there own sanitizing routine as i finished. Felt very comfortable, clean, and as if I got my monies worth!

Made an appointment to get a spray tan at this tanning salon at 6 o’clock i pull in the parking lot at 5:35 and the place is closed for the day no one called me to cancel or reschedule my appointment This is absolutely ridiculous and totally unprofessional I try to be nice and support a local business but never again you lost a customer beach bum it is !!!

Had an appointment with Jessie for a spray tan at 1130. When I arrived there was a sign on the register saying that they were opening at 1230. I decided to wait. I waited until 1 PM. No one including the owner showed up. The girl in the nail salon graciously tried to help, she tried to contact the owner for me but unfortunately was unsuccessful. I had to leave as I had already given up an hour and a half of my time and had other things to do. It’s now 2 PM and I still haven’t even received a phone call with an explanation or apology. This was my first time patronizing sunshack… sadly, I will not be going back. I’m very disappointed.

I had a 7pm appointment scheduled for my daughter as it was the only time we could go. She needed this for an event she was participating in. They called and informed me a few hours prior to the scheduled appointment that they could not accommodate her as the women was not there. Seriously! The women who called was not apologetic, just a brief sorry and there was nothing they could do. She was unhelpful . This is horrible customer service as the women informed me there are plenty of other places. I suggest you take your business elsewhere.

Sunshack tanning salon is the best place to catch a tan.. whether it be in one of their tanning beds (the hot booth stand up is my favorite) or a spray tan by one of their certified technicians..!! I was a bit apprehensive getting a spray tan for the first time as I have seen some gals look orange or splotchy, but Jessie at sunshack gave me the absolute best spray tan..! I was golden brown and it looked like I had just gotten home from a tropical vacation.. I received so so many complements on my beautifully spray tanned skin.. I would highly recommend swinging in to sunshack before your next big event such as a wedding or engagement party or if you’re going on a trip or even if you just want to look and feel good.. I felt amazing after mine..! Check them out for sure..!!

Arrived at 11:10 for a quick tan. Was told by nail people that the owner would arrive in 5 minutes i am still waiting at noon. Now mail tech says they don’t open till noon. 11:59 And still waiting .

Amazing place. Owner and staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful and kind! You feel as though you’ve been on vacation for a few days in the Bahamas!!! Beautiful, peaceful environment….
