Was ignored when I walked in, while she was trying to up sell lotion to another person. I went in the day before and bought a pass for the level four bed for 3 months and said then that I will be tanning on my lunch break. After waiting for 10 mins I had to interrupt and asked to be helped. Just to be told the woman standing there talking about lotions was in front of me. I asked when I bought the pass if I needed to make an appointment to get me in on time because again on my lunch and was told I didn’t need to do that. I did get my money refunded. If your okay with waiting 1/2 hour to be helped and wanting over priced lotions and absolutely no customer service after they have your money then this place is for you .

Rhonda is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and welcoming! She always has good deals and fun sales going on. Prices are good and the beds are amazing!!!!! They have 3 different levels for tanning and offer spray tans as well. She has different packages and tons of lotions to choose from.
