The haircut I received was great and I have absolutely no complaints there. The only thing I would advise the business on is to be careful about disparaging remarks toward clients regarding the quality of their hair. I’ve got far thicker skin than most people– men and women– I’ve met in the south, so it doesn’t faze me in the slightest (that, and the fact that this was the first time in 36 yrs a stylist has ever said anything but “you have the healthiest hair” throughout several continents). That being said, I would just be cautious about how you address something as integral to a woman’s beauty as their hair because we’re our own worst critics. Otherwise, it was a wonderful touch-up that was much needed!
