Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueCalled shortly after business opened for the day, on a Monday morning. Inquired about getting a pedicure and pricing. Asked if I could come over right away. Within 15 minutes I arrived, and the young girl at the front desk was courteous and welcoming. I was very happy to see that there were no other customers that early in the day, as I have been avoiding getting pedicures due to being “COVID- cautious.”I observed that the receptionist and two employees (one male, one female) were all masked. Also, a fresh pack of tools (sealed in a bag) were removed from the autoclave and placed on the tray by my station. All other instruments, pads, etc. were in bags, thus eliminating bacteria/virus transfer.Young technician named Emma listened to my instructions to please be gentle with left foot, since it still hurt from serious injury 2 months prior. She was very gentle and yet did an excellent job overall. Massaged both feet but was especially careful with the injured foot. I chose not to have nail polish so the entire visit was less time than what it would have been otherwise. I thanked her, and she was very pleased with the tip that I gave her. I will definitely be returning to Sunset Nails & Spa. Called shortly after business opened for the day, on a Monday morning. Inquired about getting a pedicure and pricing. Asked if I could come over right away. Within 15 minutes I arrived, and the young girl at the front desk was courteous and welcoming. I was very happy to see that there were no other customers that early in the day, as I have been avoiding getting pedicures due to being “COVID- cautious.”

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI visited this salon today at 12:45 with my 2 young daughters and my mother for mani/pedi’s. They were very busy and the owner was pleasant when greeting us. We sat down and the lady taking care of me appeared to be in a rush, she was a bit rough and the experience was not relaxing in any way. The woman taking care of my mother was also unfriendly and a little abrupt, and neglected to use a base coat. The 2 nail technician’s that painted my daughters nails were patient, gentle and all around wonderful. I visited this salon today at 12:45 with my 2 young daughters and my mother for mani/pedi’s. They were very busy and the owner was pleasant when greeting us. We sat down and the lady taking care of me appeared to be in a rush, she was a bit rough and the experience was not relaxing in any way. Very pleased with my experience here and how my nails came out. I got coffin-shaped SNS nails and a pedicure. Massage was good. Nails looks stunning. Critical: QualityThe worst experience. The manicurist filed my polish off and 4 times I had to pull my hand back because she went too deep, Not to mention the burning when she had me put my nails under the lamp. Will never go back there and would not recommendService: Manicure
