I’d like to give thanks to Sunset Barber for taking my son in literally last minute night before thanksgiving. Rio and the owner were so friendly, talkative. I was offered water or coffee. As a prior customer of the previous owner, I was happy to see all the changes to the shop very professional and clean. My son is a very picky person when it comes to who and how his hair is cut. Rio did a great job he was very happy with the result. He took his time and didn’t rush us or anyone who was there late on Wednesday night. We will definitely be going back! Awesome customer service!! I called at 9am and someone was already in the shop to take my call. I was greeted by Johnny with professionalism and in a timely manner. He was able to book an appointment next day for my 12 year old son. Upon arriving at the shop the day of the appointment I was impressed by the cleanliness and positive vibe in the shop. Johnny took care and was conscious even of the music playing in the shop ( he made sure to skip through any songs that may not have been appropriate) It was nice to visit a barbershop with my son and not hear a bunch of nasty talk.

Horrible customer service. I called and asked if they accept walk in and they said yes so I showed up 20 minutes later. Guy #1 said I have one person in front of me. Within the hour I was there guy #2 finished 3 hair cuts and guy #1 wasn’t even done with 2 hair cuts. Then a guy walks in and guy #2 calls him over to take a seat. Neither of the guys communicate with me. So I walked out.
