Nice beds, but terrible explanation of fees and package options. They didn’t have a price sheet when I asked for one. I haven’t tanned in a long time, but the prices seemed steep. Lowered another star for their ridiculous cancellation policy. I’ve been calling for days and can’t get a hold of anyone. No one calls back when I leave a message.

Bed have burnt out bulbs all the time. Even after you inform the management they are still with burnt out bulbs weeks later. The staff lie and tell you “…the tanning beds bulbs were recently replaced…”
