The staff does not explain anything to you. I got extremely burnt and when I called to talk about it all I kept getting is yea yea yea, then come to find out I was in a very high bed that I didn’t ask to be in she just put me in it cause someone was in the other bad I asked about. When I had said why this wasn’t explained she said nothing just quiet I said hello and she said yea.

The manager here has terrible customer service. I cancelled a membership in 2013 and apparently was still being charged. Manager said I had to pay or couldn’t tan AND still redeemed my Groupon. she lied right to my face saying they can’t take it off and has to be payed. I call the customer care center and they take it off within seconds. If you expect good customer service, try another location. Super impressed though with the customer care center, thank you for taking care of my issue!

I came in before a vacation to tan once or twice because I am a very fair-skinned person and I burn very easily. I had a free tan coupon but it was disregarded and I was pressured into buying a monthly tanning package. I tanned twice before vacation and when I returned I found out my fiance and I were moving to Maine for work immediately. I called Sunseekers to cancel the package but they would not help me out at all – they said it was like a cell phone contract and I couldn’t get out of it (this makes sense, but any business with good customer service understands that there are circumstances people can’t control). So now I am here in Maine where there are no Sunseekers and their 3-month-minimum tanning package has cost me almost $150.
