i use the gym that is attached to sunsations. when i went to sign up for my membership the girl sitting up front said she did not know how to do that for me so i paid the $5 day pass and came back the next day to get my membership. whenever my fiancé signed up they just made him pay the $20 sign up fee and didn’t charge him for the month. i paid $65 for this month and the sign up fee. why is it inconsistent? why do they not teach all of their employees to sign people up for a gym membership? i’ve paid $70 to join this gym that isn’t even well kept or cleaned often

They have many different levels of beds for tanning!! Some really unique beds too! The employees are so nice and very knowledgeable as well. The salon is very well kept. I really enjoy the people, the beds and tanning here. Best tanning salon in Oxford. They also do spray tans.

I was told by the technician to arrive at 9 for my technician spray tan. She was not there at 9 and I was told by other employees that this frequently happens, and I could leave and they would call when she arrives. By 10:30 she was still not there so I asked for a machine. They spent 15 minutes figuring out how to program the machine for my desired tan. When I finished at 11:10 the technician still had not shown up for work. My face barely got any spray and looks almost the same color. The only reason this is 2 stars and not 1 is because the color on the rest of my body looks good.

This is my favorite tanning place in oxford! The beds are really nice and always clean. The staff is knowledgeable and won’t try to sell you more expensive packages or let you go in a bed that’s too strong for you. They offer good packages for students too!
