DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! They are crooks! I purchased a tanning package and used 4 out of 8 and they just tell me that the other 4 expired. And I specifically told them when I signed up that I had just got ripped off from wicked tans in Medway. I purchased a package from them used like 3 out of 10 and when I went one day the door was closed out of business! So this place never told me the sessions expire in a year. I only use them before I go on vacation and told them that. I will never go here again ever!!! Horrible customer service. The girl just kept talking over me on the phone and then hung up in my face. Disgusting!!!

This specific salon came highly recommended. When I walked in it was very sheek. As a frequent tanner, I observed the huge variety of beds and stand ups as well. They were all very high tech beds and at that, the prices were extremely reasonable. Staff was knowledgeable and beyond courteous. The fact that they have every kind of tanning lotion possible was and added plus. I will continue to go back.

Came in here after I had my nails done next door to check out pricing. When asking young asian girl at the desk questions she couldnt stop texting on her phone. Probaly the most rudest thing I have ever encountered. I was interested in getting a tan until I spoke to her. Everytime I asked a question she had to finish typing on her phone and wouldnt even look at me. For that reason I walked out. Very poor customer service.

Booked over the phone & paid in advance because that is what I was told to do in order to book. I unfortunately had to cancel said booked appointment and did so weeks in advance. I was told that there are no refunds and had to argue to get my money back. Be aware that there are no refunds before you book. Customer service at this place stinks, not friendly at all. This place came highly recommended, I was extremely disappointed.

The young girl is completely clueless! She sees absolutely nothing wrong with texting on her phone as I stood in front of her for a long time. Then she proceeded to take a phone call in the middle of speaking to me.
