My favorite tanning salon. The owner is so friendly. Been coming here for years. There is always some kind of special running. Always clean. If I have any questions they answer and are very helpful. The beds have fans and music in them. Makes the experience very enjoyable.

I would put zero stars if it was optional!! Annie, the owner has no customer service skills. The first visit to the salon and following few days, the shop was being managed by a 12 year old. She advised she was in middle school. Not acceptable or legal. On several attempts to use the service, the salon was closed during posted business hours with a note on the door with an excuse. Again, not acceptable. I wish I had read previous posts on Yelp with this same info. She stated I had asked for “special treatment”. Just wanted the service available during business hours. I guess that is “special”. I requested a receipt, as the 12 year old was unable to provide. On the 3rd request for a receipt, Annie was very defensive. I felt very intimidated by her behavior and no more visits. As one previous poster stated, and I totally agree, Annie should stop being a rude SNATCH to her customers!!
