Such an all-around GREAT experience with this salon in Middletown. I joined in March and cannot say enough about it. The staff is just so friendly and accommodating. Anything you need or questions you have are quickly answered and the one-on-one attention is like no other place. They make the time to take care of you individually.

The last time I was there I was running errands after and I realized I left my earrings in the room- I panicked, as they were a gift, and I called. They said they had them and to come get them. Can I tell you what a wonderful experience it was to go Sunsational tanning in Middletown Delaware. It was a busy Friday night but they still made time for me and didn’t neglect the other customers. The girls working, were wonderful and knowledgeable about their services and specials. They gave me a wonderful tour of the salon and explained everything and how it worked, that I walked out of there with so much good information that I think I will be signing up for a membership. I like to give credit when credit is due.

This tanning salon is in a convenient location in Middletown, is clean and friendly and has quite an array of bed choices. Standing and laying, even beautifying or spray tanning. My only issue is that there isn’t a station with hair ties, stickers and spray deodorant like I’ve seen elsewhere. I end up having to pack a gym bag for ten minutes of tanning! Otherwise, it would easily get five stars. The service is great here

I truly adore all the girls that work at Sunsational Tanning in Middletown!! They always have smiles on their faces and are so fun to chat with! The rooms and beds are always kept so clean and the girls are all super sweet and are also very knowledgable whenever I have questions about the beds and/or their products! I’ve been going to the Middletown and Elkton locations for a while and always find the staff welcoming and willing to explain the beds or lotions. I recently had an issue where an error was showing on my account and Sophia was able to look at the promotions I bought and quickly fixed it. I’ve even picked up some cute jewelry/accessories that they sell. Thanks for the great customer service!

Why run a special for 4 days???!!! I called today about the sale July 5-9. The girl proceeded to tell me the 50% off was only prorated for the 1st month then you resume full price. Meaning I get 50% off today but the billing cycle starts tomorrow and then my account would be charged $80. Why would someone pay $40 for 4 days of tanning if the special was only for the current billing cycle. And nowhere on the advertisement does it state that. That doesn’t even make any sense. I don’t think the girl knew what she was talking about. I hope she didn’t, otherwise that is the worst special in history. Then she put me on hold but didn’t actually and was talking to someone forever talking about she needed to get her life together. So I hung up. Horrible customer service.
