Positive: ProfessionalismI had THE best customer service experience at the Wasilla location just earlier this week and I kept telling myself I have to leave a good review! Brynlee was amazing, she recognized that I had many questions so instead of trying to explain the difference between all the tanning beds she kindly gave me a full on tour of the salon and showed me how to operate the fancy tanning beds. She also gave me great advice to which tanning booth was best for my skin type! I was so shocked because she looked so young but acted so professional and mature. She truly delighted me and I really appreciated the help and kindness she showed me! I had THE best customer service experience at the Wasilla location just earlier this week and I kept telling myself I have to leave a good review! Brynlee was amazing, she recognized that I had many questions so instead of trying to explain the difference between all the tanning beds she kindly gave me a full on tour of the salon and showed me how to operate the fancy tanning beds. Critical: QualityI have been going here for a while. It’s been great except for recently I noticed that the timer for the tanning bed was skipping seconds while I’m in the tanning bed. I decided test it out and I set the timer on my phone for 9 minutes as well as the bed was set for 9 min. And when I got out I still had over a minute left on my phone timer. They are taking minutes each time I am in there. Feels like I’m being scammedI have been going here for a while. I have been going here for a while. It’s been great except for recently I noticed that the timer for the tanning bed was skipping seconds while I’m in the tanning bed. I decided test it out and I set the timer on my phone for 9 minutes as well as the bed was set for 9 min. And when I got out I still had over a minute left on my phone timer. They are taking minutes each time I am in there. Feels like I’m being scammed
