I’d rather YEET myself off of thunderbird falls than deal with the black haired girl here. Horrriiibblllee customer service. I gave her one compliment . Then she wasn’t at the front desk at all when I came in then basically tried to force me to take my shoes off. When I politely responded by doing so she said they were closed. Talked to me like I was five. Has no customer service skills

The one and ONLY place to tan in Alaska! Sunsation has the BEST service, the girls are very knowledgeable on safe tanning/skin care and product, and the place is exceptionally clean!!! There customer service is horrible. They only try to sell you more minutes and are very unclear about what you can buy. Then when their equipment is down they do nothing to comp you into a lesser bed. They just try to get you to pay for more minutes.
