Fantastic massage, service, and value. I trialed my first visit with a half hour deep tissue massage (upper body). I let them know what specific areas I had pain in and they put a lot of effort into focusing on those spots, while still spending a great amount of time on the rest to balance out the massage. I was able to easily schedule online. Will definitely be coming back, with more time for an hour long massage. Highly recommended!

Me and my boyfriend schedules a 90 minute couples message. We walked in and they took us back right away. Didn’t communicate to us and asked how much pressure we wanted, once she began I told her it was too hard and the pressure didn’t change which made it a very painful message. The women we had talked in a different language and laughed the whole time which made us very uncomfortable. As we left one of the women looked at us with a shady look and talked in a different language. When it came to tipping we were scoffed at and talked about we are a young couple that tipped as much as we could. We will not go back.

Easily the best massage I’ve ever gotten. The location was clean and wonderful, and didn’t have the overwhelming scents that some places use. It was calming, quiet, and welcoming. Many of the things that annoy me about other spas were no issue here. I will absolutely be back, 100/10.

I’m not type of person who like to write reviews. But after several visits I really want to say this spa location is one of the best in Indy. The lady does have strong power(or great skills?) to really remove knots from the muscle. I felt so much relieve every single time walked out the door! It’s not cheap but definitely worth the money!

If in need of a deep tissue massage, Lisa, with 14 years of experience, is who you must call and ask to have your appt with. I always have to book at least an hour and a half or if possible, 2 hours. It seems like a long time and it’s more $ obviously, but worth every penny if you are in need of a true deep tissue, WHOLE body treatment as I for help with maintaining quality of life (due to other health issues and old injuries/scar tissue build up) and where I carry my stress. I just left, after it being my first time/appt. there, and with complete confidence, after decades of different masseuses, and massage places, Sunrise Spa and Lisa provided the best I have EVER had!
