Worst experience ever at a massage place. I received a gift certificate for my birthday. The lady did not speak English. We had to keep translating through her phone. She spit in the trash in front of me when I walked in the place. She told me my gift certificate was over. I had to explain it’s a gift certificate it doesn’t have an expiration date on it. She kept having to leave during my massage. During the massage she kept saying stuff I did not understand, to her self. I told her the massage was to hard and she continued and sucked her teeth. When I first got there she told me I could park anywhere in the parking lot and my car was fine where it was but 15 mins through the massage someone came and told her, I had to move my car. So I had to get redressed and go and move it. After the 2nd time of being interrupted, I asked for a refund. She started yelling and translating through her phone at me. I explained I’m not yelling at you matter fact call your boss please. She sucked her teeth and kept saying stuff I did not understand. Over all the lady massagers person was very very rude and very unprofessional. The manager said my gift certificate was valid and granted some of my refund. But I could never go back to this place ever again.
