I love this place! I was looking for a place where my nails would be done nice and treated kindly. I found that here. I see Hannah and she is very very good at her job. She’s gentle and kind and she goes above and beyond to make sure my nails are perfect. I rough them up from work and she never fails to perfect them again each time . I do suggest this place to all my friends and I will come back here every time! Thank you!

Critical: Quality, ValueThey tried!. I came in had a mani & pedi done. For my mani i got acrylic with gel. Finished product was so bulky, thick & my nails were crooked more then 90$ later i was not happy. I walked back in to ask if they can fix it they told me 20min wait. I was already sitting here long enough the job wasnt done rite now i have to wait when i literally walked out i just needed to see them in the sun make sure i wasnt making them fix something that wasnt that bad. It was bad! had a few crooked nails and the bulk was extreme didnt look natural i was not a fan. After complaining about it and pointing it out they tried to convince me i was wrong asking me if i wanted broken nails because they will break easily if they arent thick like this… well another employee came over fixed the entire problem drilling and filing everything down another 1hr later in the chair. Im not new to this i know that it was fixable. I wont be back but be aware the customer is wrong and they are always rite. I called and made an appointment for myself and my 3 year old. They only have 2 pedicure chairs for children. When I arrived at my appointment time, they gave the children’s chairs away to someone else. My 3 year old and I had to wait half an hour but once they took us they were very nice. They don’t have the most updated polished though. Very sweet once attending to us.

Horrible horrible horrible horrible I asked for a full set with gel polish the nail tech put my thumbnail on completely crooked and then tried blaming it on my thumb nail. When I asked her to fix it she filed it down to the point where the top of the nail met my thumb. I asked her to fix it again and she just proceeded to start making the nail thicker instead of replacing the nail. When I showed her the other thumb so she could compare because she told me that there was nothing wrong … she proceeded to file down the other thumb now so now both my thumb nails look like they don’t even have acrylics on them. So at that point I just asked her to stop I told her I would pay for what she’d already done and I wanted to leave because I was just so upset. Worst $40 I’ve ever spent. And that’s before polish was put on.
