Don’t recommend. Tried this place for the first time. Just got a regular manicure but the experience was bad. No luxury at all. Hands were soaked in cold water, nail shaping was off and rough, and polish was super messy. Had to come home and fix it. Oh well. Maybe the owner is better but the girl I had just rushed through to get to the next client and left me with a bad manicure.

I initially just called to inquire, the lady who answered the phone had a nice welcoming voice, and she even booked me an appointment pretty quickly. The location is great. The shop is a cute little corner in the plaza, the place has a great ambience! The services are good too! The pretty aren’t too bad either. Most importantly it’s a place with people who know what customer service is and can provide it. I hear they serve mimosas and champagne with their services as well!. I would definitely go again. I’m sorry I did not catch the other names but Cassie and team, you guys are great.

Very nice and clean place. Good service. Liked my nails. Wish my lady had paid a tiny more attention to detail as a few of my nails were a bit “off”with gel polish on my skin etc. I’ll give them another try and change to 5 stars if my experience is better next time.

Walked in and said I wanted a shellac manicure, the lady said it would be a 10min wait. I said ok do you have the colors so I can look at while I wait, the lady then starts talking to her coworker in their foreign language and then the lady tells me they are busy. I just walked out. Terrible customer service. And they only had 3people in there. SMH
