My nails are gorgeous, the experience was wonderful complete with complimentary drinks. I also want to commend them on their sanitation measures, definitely better than any nail salon I’ve ever been to. I gave this 2 stars because they were very fast with their service and the ladies here are really sweet but less than a week later my dip nails are already chipping and cracking off. They use a totally different technique for dip nails I’ve never seen before and I’m assuming that’s the issue. It’s a bit disappointing for a service that costs $50+ to have to redo my nails within a week 🙁

Before I review and give my honest opinion, I want to say I’ve been here 4 times. Twice solo, once with a group, and tonight with my husband. They accept appointments and walkins, but I’m sure appointments are recommended. Every time I have had an appointment, I have been seated within 2 or 3 minutes of my appointment time.

Visited for the first time with my daughter this afternoon. Pedi for me, mani + pedi for her. It was super easy to book our appointments online. The shop is small, cute, and very clean. The same tech took care of us both due to a scheduling error, so there was a bit of a wait, but her work was absolutely flawless. Fantastic service. We’ll definitely visit again.

I wanted so bad to like this place. My first experience was great. However, this last experience was not good. I made an appt almost a month ago for my sister and I to get a mani and pedi. There was only one tech so I went first. The second tech never showed up so my sister did not get anything done. My pedi was good, but my mani was ok but not worth the price. Hopefully they can work on the staffing issues.
