Got a massage with my husband, it was fine but the lady was super rude about the tip. I put the amount that I normally do and she said,”This for two of us, its not even 20%” First of all why do u think I will tip you 20%??? And when I signed the reciept and try giving back to her she said, “leave it on the counter” and rudely walks back. And btw it is rude to talk to your coworker in a different language and then one of their phone’s ringing during massage. If you need a 20% tip you need to work for it.

Used to be great but they changed the owner and the NEW owner has really BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! they changed their name to Sunrise massage therapy and the service is soooo AWFUL! Never going back there ever again. The last masseuse I had didn’t have uniform on, she had shorts on and sandals! and bracelet on her arms…. We had to stop our session and told them we’ll rather leave because my masseuse was sooo BAD and didn’t feel like she knows what she was doing! We were return customers when it used to be Mongolian massage for A YEAR! but when they changed the owner everything just turned upside down! the best masseuse they had was Nikko and she doesn’t even work there anymore either probably because of the BAD SERVICE they were providing their customer!! and by the way instead of apologizing to us after giving us a non experience masseuse they told us not to come back! so RUDE!! never I have gotten this bad of a customer service!! DEFINITELY NOT COMING BACK AND DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY!
