Critical: Professionalism, QualityVery unprofessional, had me to pay first and tip first…..then begged me for more tip money before she started ,when she finally started she kept leaving the room, she left the message 4 times to do I don’t know what. She didn’t give me the full hour I paid for. She got that first and last visit out of me but never again, a coworker recommended this place to me, I’ve had much better massages. Very unprofessional, had me to pay first and tip first…..then begged me for more tip money before she started ,when she finally started she kept leaving the room, she left the message 4 times to do I don’t know what. She didn’t give me the full hour I paid for. She got that first and last visit out of me but never again, a coworker recommended this place to me, I’ve had much better massages. Critical: Professionalism, QualityI’m only giving 1 star because I had to, otherwise I’d give zero stars! Poor quality. Felt like the massage therapist didn’t have any experience whatsoever. Not deep enough. Unprofessional environment. She left me at least 5 times to answer the phone and talk to her co worker. She stopped 10min early which was fine because I couldn’t relax and it didn’t feel good at all. She took at least 10min out of my 60min scheduled time to handle business like answering the phone. So my total massage time was approx 40min instead of 60min. I get massages frequently so I know how it should be. Worst massage ever!!! Critical: ProfessionalismMy girlfriend called and made an appointment for us to get two hour deep tissue massages at 2:00 pm. We arrived and was greeted by a lady who had us fill out a form and request payment in advance and I promptly paid her and we were then taken to two separate rooms.My therapist started my massage face down and began a very soft rubbing NOT deep tissue and had to leave the room 5 times to speak to whomever something I have never experienced in my several decades of getting massages all over the world.I felt the lady had no professional massage training and it was a complete waste of time and money and my girlfriend stopped her massage 15 minutes early as she had enough of this amateur massage and we will never go back.My girlfriend called and made an appointment for us to get two hour deep tissue massages at 2:00 pm.
