I had my hair done by Sonny. She is the owner of the shop. She did my highlights foil biolage. I was so in need of something different being that I haven’t done anything to my hair for over two years other then getting it trimmed and cut. Sonny was so patient and understanding and knew exactly what was best for my hair. I was so very pleased and happy with the final results of the new and improved me!!! She is the sweetest person to spark up a conversation with and I enjoyed her company throughout my time in her shop. The overall feel of the shop is so calm, beautiful and comfortable. It’s a wonderful place to just get what need done and enjoy the company of such down to earth sweet positive people. The prices are great for the amount of work that it took! I am hooked to this place and the people that work here. I am so very happy and I will be going there for all my hair care needs. Worse experience of my life! I added photos to show the hack job I got….I showed them the picture of what I wanted and what I got, I can only describe as something a toddler would do. I literally cried when I got home.(I am NOT one to cry!) ALL my hair is gone. I can’t even go somewhere else to get it fixed, it’s so short! I had long hair down to my waist and now I look like I have bangs on the back of my head! To top it off she kept making comments saying, “now you look young from the back”. Then to make matters worse, my sons was getting a cut in the childrens section and that person kept telling my 7 YEAR OLD, “oh you look good with cut, now you don’t look like girl”, who does that? DONT GO TO THIS PLACE! It will be the worse mistake of your life!!!!
