This is one place anyone can go to meet and greet others if need be while you recieve the best nail or feet care possible. Not the new oncoming men don’t always do production as other. So my advise is get the old skool techs you can’t go wrong .

I was fine with waiting for a while which turned into 45 minutes since I was the only person waiting; which meant I would be next I thought. As the waiting room filled the owner systematically placed them with a technician ahead of me. I was finally assigned a chair, yet the technician was still working on someone in the back. She came scraped one of nails and went back to working in the back. After waiting for her to come back, which she never did, I spoke to the owner. I advised her of the poor customer service. However, she obviously believed I didn’t hear her tell the lady who came in after me that she’d do her nails. So she sat me in a chair that she KNEW wasn’t ready so she guarantee her opening for the woman behind me. Although this is only the 4th time I’ve utilized this shop with the same exact service, EACH time my price was different. SWINDLERS, NOT HONEST, and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Save your time and find another salon.

They do good work, but time management is not there ! There’s no point in even booking an appointment honestly. Lani & Mandy Do my eyebrows the best ! All of the time , they need absolutely no instruction! If you need a wax & tint , I would recommend either one of them ❤️ also the guy that sits in station #9 does a great job w acrylic nails

My mom and I went to get our nails done together. But we went on a Saturday and we were there for an hour past our scheduled time, which is fine because it is Saturday and they are busy. The nail technician audibly gasped when she saw my hands. I have clubbed thumbs. So when she was filing my nails, she literally cut the skin under my nail, it was a huge a huge cut. So now she started with putting the nails on my fingers to size them, none of them fit properly and they were all crooked. Now I couldn’t tell until afterwards, since I never get my nails done. The acrylic nails were so thick I physically could not get a nail clipper around them. I went to get them removed the next day at a different salon, they were so bad that the new nail technician asked if I did them myself.. I let her know I did not do them myself, but in fact I went to a nearby salon. There was another nail tech, who was a guy and he noticed the huge cut on my finger. He asked where I got them done, and when I said the name, he knew exactly who I was talking about.

Thos salon does a great job but the wait is ridiculous. The hours say open at 10 but I get there at 945 doors are open and salon is filled. I heard lani telling people that came in those people were for appointments which was a lie all 8 of us were walk in. They pick and choose who to service first. I will be finding another salon they don’t realize the bad customer service they think nail tech don’t need it. I will be leaving minimal tip as better service you offer better tip, service is horrible only reason I’m even tipping cause I know that’s how they eat/live.

The first time I went to Sunny’s was with a friend. The guy who did my nails was named “Asian Jose” and he did my nails beautifully! He was careful with my hands and I got what I requested for. The 2nd time I went there was also with another friend. The one who did my nails was named “MiMi” if I remembered correctly. Basically they’ll do what you’ll ask for to their best ability. I’ve seen customers being rude and for you to get the best results from your nail tech, you’ll need to respect them and they’ll respect you back. Definitely going back there when I come back to Columbus!!

NEVER AGAIN!! I signed and I expected a small wait since there wasn’t many people there. Soon after people started flooding in. The staff proceeded to call people back all around me who signed in long after me. I waited patiently still which was a complete waste of my time. 2 1/2 hours I sat there!! This was actually the 2nd time this happened even WITH an appointment before. I’m done wasting my time at a nail salon who obviously doesn’t care about people and their time. I will be sure to pass along to everyone I know to go anywhere but this place!! I only wish there was an option to give this place 0 stars because they don’t even deserve a 1.
