Dose not matter if you schedule an appointment. Horrible customer service!!! I made an appointment at eleven in the morning and it was passed eleven fifty and they still had not started with me. A girl that came in as a walk in after I had arrived here for my appointment got helped before me. Supper unsatisfied. I went in for color change with gel and after she was done she said 30 dollars I than took out 40 dollars since I only had 20s and expected her to give me my change. Went in for a nail repair. They did a terrible job. The shape is different than the rest of my nails and when asked if I originally got them done somewhere else I replied yes and they laughed. The place I originally got them done (T20 nails in tri cities) did a much better job and their atmosphere was great and they had amazing customer service. They were doing some kind of work on the pedicure chairs and it was very loud and not at all the way a nail salon should be. Unpleasant atmosphere and poor customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Save your money and go else where.
