This place is a MUST GO!!! I went to one other place that had changed owners. The workers were rude and didn’t want to do their job. I had a sore place on my thumb and the worker acted like it was an inconvenience. He didn’t care he had hurt me. I wanted sparkle nails and the manicurist told me it was too much work. The second time I wanted the sparkle nails and he did not put the base coat on.

I took my wife and daughter there. They did all right on my wife’s nails. But after my daughter got done getting her nails done she walked straight up to me and said that they would not listen to her about what she wanted them to do they just did basically whatever they wanted to do. That was the only nail place I used to take my wife and daughters but I highly doubt we will ever go again. To pay that much money to get your nails done they should do whatever the customer asked them to do not what they want to do to the customers nails that is extremely ridiculous!!!!

I have changed my mind about this place. I was just there this past Wednesday. I had two different people working on my nails. A couple days later one nail chipped in a corner. I sat for ONE HOUR. I wasn’t going back to get the nail fixed. I just peeled them all off. This was acrylic nails. I’ll never go back

After being told someone would be right with me I waited about 30 minutes for them to even start my nails. I was a walk in and if this were the only problem I wouldn’t have thought twice. When they finally started my nails they left my nails soaking in acetone for more than 20 minutes. The nail files and drill tips were super dirty. The nail tech kept pushing the drill into my skin. After being pretty specific on my nail shape and length I ended up with all of my nails having completely different shapes and lengths. I attempted to point it out to her and she completely ignored me. When she brought the colors over the lid said it was not the color I’d asked for. I pointed it out and she just insisted it was.

This place is absolutely horrible, my nails would’ve looked better if I did them at home! The nail techs, especially sunny, the owner, have no idea how to do nails nor nail art! The only one that had any sense about nails was mickey and he’s gone for some reason, that was a huge mistake on their behalf! One of the techs attended to do my nails and there was holes in the acrylic, not one the same length, and they were all leaning one way or another , not one straight and a poor excuse for stiletto shaped! The owner, sunny, then took over and “attempted” to fix the disaster, got irritated and cut them all off and told me to go somewhere else. Extremely unprofessional!!

I got my nails done yesterday and they already are falling off !! The marable I asked for on my pointer fingers doesn’t even look like marable. The coffin shape nails are so uneven, im just not happy with how it turned out over all.

I absolutely LOVE this place. Everyone is so nice and my nails are always GORGEOUS! The prices are terrific and they have fantastic services! I highly recommend them. Sunny did my nails this time and she was wonderful. Every single time I am there, who ever does my hands and toes just do amazing! I can’t imagine seeing the negative reviews on here because I won’t go ANYWHERE else!!!!! So glad I found Sunny’s … ❤️

Critical: QualityThe staff here were very friendly and polite. Everything appeared very clean in the business and they got me started quickly. This was the first pedicure I had ever had. However, during my pedicure the woman attending to me got a little rough with my foot and it rubbed my toe raw and caused bleeding. She did apologize but it definitely did not feel good. The same woman did my acrylic nails. I was pleased with the shape of the tips and the paint but I am really not happy with the quality of her finished product. The overall shape of the acrylic on my nails is not smooth/even. The underside of the nails at the tips and sides have extra acrylic around them and the area around the nail bed is not smoothed out. After only 4 days of wear I already have a nail broken off where the plastic tip was applied. I was charged $105 dollars for this visit. I recommend this place. Ruby and Sunny worked on my nails. Both were very friendly and took their time perfecting my nails. Sunny is very talented with his art work on nails. Definitely will be going back!
